There are two different networking exercises for you to practice in. Each teaches different skills, as outlined below.
Exercise 1: Networking Essentials
Meet with different people at a networking event and answer quiz questions about what they say. Skills you will learn:
- Active listening
- Eye contact
- Building rapport
Exercise 2: Networking Conversations with AI
Meet with 4 AI-powered avatars, each with a different personality. Start the conversation and build rapport with each avatar. Skills you will learn:
- Introducing yourself
- Delivering an elevator pitch
- Telling a story
- How to end a conversation
Accessibility
The business networking exercises can be accessed from your web browser, no installation or download is required. You can also access the scenarios from virtual reality, if you have a VR headset.
